REPORT Introduction The aim of this report is to describe and analyse my six weeks´ experience at the Victor Jara School and to make recommendations on the future. About the School´ The Victor Jara School is a municipal school of the La Pintana commune. The school have almost 1500 students since primary school to secondary school, as well as, 110 adults that works being teachers, administratives, janitors and psychologists. The school receive people that have a bad socio-economic situation so the school have risks associated like aggressive behaviours, problems with drugs, etc. My work experience Mainly, my work has consisted in two big tasks. The first one consisted in help to students with their problems. My role here was direct to accompany students that have any problem and in my office talk with her or him and try to help with their situation developing ways to confront it. HOW TO BASIC MADE BREAD Before that all, you need get some ingredients: flour, yeast, warm water, salt and sugar if you wanted. When you have all of ingredients, you must start by weighing ingredients because you just need 750gr of flour, 30 gr of yeast, 400ml of warm water, a half spoonful of salt and a little part of sugar; being the measurement finished, you have mix ingredients. First, you need mix water with yeast and stand by 10 minutes; second, you must mix flour with salt in a bowl; third, you must open a hole of center the flour and pour mixture of warm water and yeast; finally, you need mix all in the bowl with your hands until make a dough that don´t stick with bowl. When the dough will be homogenous, you must start dividing and moulding . In this step you must choice the form that you want to give to bread.
